JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit an Unaccredited Registrar to join our Radiation Oncology Team - Palliative Care.
n
Your main duties will include:
n
n
Provide medical support for radiotherapy patients
n
Liaise with treatment and planning areas to ensure appropriate, expeditious inpatient and outpatient booking and treatment
n
Participate in clinical duties as arranged by the Director of Radiation Oncology
n
n

About the Candidate
n
n
Relevant primary undergraduate degree and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
n
At least 2 years postgraduate Australian hospital experience
n
Currently in an Advanced training position in palliative medicine - RACP
n
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
n
Demonstrated ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary team
n
