About the Role:

This is a fantastic prospect for someone with trade experience that is keen to start their career as a supervisor. You'll be supported to learn and succeed in managing any size building projects across a wide variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Coordinate and oversee building repair and rectification works
n
Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently
n
Engage and supervise subcontractors and trades
n
Conduct site inspections, prepare scopes, and ensure work is completed to standard
n




Maintain clear communication with strata managers, clients, and internal teams
n
Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and company procedures
n
Handle documentation including site reports, variations, and project updates
n
n
Who We're Looking For:

Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn
n
Previous experience in the construction industry or trade background (highly regarded)
n
Great communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the company
n
Current driver's licence and white card (mandatory)
