We are seeking a motivated Stock
Controller/Receptionist
who is responsible for managing and maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate records and overseeing front desk operations and customer management
n
Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management
n

Maintain accurate records of all vehicle stock, including new and used cars.
n
Monitor vehicle movements between dealerships, storage locations, and customers.
n




Perform regular stock checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.
n
Update and maintain the dealership's inventory management system with current stock levels.
n
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to track incoming stock and ensure timely delivery.
n

Front Desk Management
n
Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
n
Administrative Support
n
Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
n
Document Handling
n
Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
n
Coordination
n
Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operation
n
