Job Description
NQ Cowboys Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to keep our venues connected and secure. You'll provide Level 1 and 2 IT support across Cowboys Leagues Club and Licensed Venues, set up devices, resolve issues, and support cybersecurity initiatives.

The role covers troubleshooting, managing Microsoft 365 and venue technology, POS systems, vendor liaising, and creating helpful guides for staff. A proactive, customer‐focused mindset is essential.
