Your new role
n
An exciting prospect has arisen for a Property Lawyer with a strong interest in commercial and retail leasing to join a growing team. Working directly with experienced senior lawyers, you will advise landlords, developers and business owners across a diverse portfolio of property assets.

Your work will include:

Commercial and retail leasing matters
n
Drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documents
n
Advising on leasing strategy and risk management
n
Put and Call Option Agreements
n
General property transactions and advisory work
n
Direct client contact and relationship management
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n




At least 3+ years' post-admission experience in property law
n
Strong experience in commercial and retail leasing
n
Exposure to Put and Call Option Agreements
n
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
n
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
n
The confidence to manage client relationships and provide practical advice
n
A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your technical expertise
n
