Job Description
Melbourne Racing Club is seeking an Assistant Functions & Events Manager to lead race day and event operations across Caulfield, Mornington and Sandown Racecourses. You will coordinate all elements of events, brief staff, ensure RSA compliance and deliver high-energy experiences for guests, clients and internal teams.

You will manage casual staff rosters, train and mentor staff, and work with sales and event managers to meet client needs while upholding premium service standards.
