n About the Role & Service: ANZUK Education is supporting ELV in its recruitment drive for the opening of new centres across Regional Victoria, where a strong focus is placed on nurturing young minds within a playful, sustainable environment. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that combines hands-on indoor learning with immersive outdoor experiences, encouraging children to explore, imagine, and reach their full potential. The centres are committed to building meaningful connections with families and the wider community, creating a supportive network that enhances each child's early years. You will contribute to a positive learning environment that fosters rich interactions and supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, while also building respectful and collaborative relationships with families, children, and colleagues. This ensures an inclusive setting where individual learning needs are met and all policies and regulatory standards are consistently upheld.

As the Educator, you must have:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood OR Working Towards Diploma Qualification (No Bachelor or Graduate Diploma's)
n
WWCC-E
n
Mandatory Reporting
n
Strong understanding of the EYLF, state and local childcare regulations.
n
1 year of experience minimum working as an educator
n
Strong understanding of Child Safety Legislation
n
Passion and love for working with children
n
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
n
Full Australian Working Rights for 12 + months
n
n
