The role:
This is a true HR Business Partner role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Partnering and supporting leaders across a dedicated portfolio. You'll provide trusted advice across ER, performance, investigations, workforce planning, change and leadership coaching. Suited to a commercially minded HR professional, you'll build robust stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes and deliver practical people solutions in a multi-site environment.
Selection criteria:
Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or a related field with a people first mindset




Strong demonstrated HR partnering experience across a diverse workforce
Demonstrated employee relations experience, including performance, conduct and investigations
Sounding understanding of Australian legislation, modern awards and HR best practice
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development
Ability to analyse people trends and provide practical, commercially focused advice and solutions.
