Job Description
Jetstar is seeking a Manager, Crew Systems & Business Analysis to lead a specialist team within the Workforce Planning function in Melbourne. You will drive strategic analysis and optimise core planning systems (Jeppesen, ALPAS, StarBid) to support Flying Operations and Cabin Crew.

The role oversees a crew workforce of around 4,000 and partners with senior stakeholders across the business. The position emphasizes advanced what-if analysis, workforce planning roadmaps, enterprise bargaining
