Job Description
Helping Hand Aged Care in Salisbury South is seeking a Care Partner to support older people to live safely and with dignity at home. You will coordinate services, participate in assessments, and develop person-centred care plans in partnership with customers and their supports.

You will hold a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or equivalent, have a rights-based approach, and a current driver's licence and vehicle. Induction will be provided.
