WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You'll help keep the property looking its absolute best by:
n
n
Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
n
Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
n
Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
n
Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
n
Inspecting rooms and public areas
n
Monitoring productivity and workflow
n
Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
n
Handling guest requests and special requirements
n
Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
n
Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
n
Supporting the team with daily operational issues
n
Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
n
n
ARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM LEADER?

We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and organised Confident and ready to lead Detail-oriented A strong communicator Proud of their work Comfortable working rotating rosters, weekends and public holidays
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience
n
Experience with room allocations
n
Experience using Opera and HubOS
n
Valid working rights in Australia
n
n
