What will you be doing?
n
n
Assist with retail, trade and internal parts enquiries.
n
Learn parts interpretation and support the processing of customer orders.
n
Follow up customer back orders.
n
Complete parts documentation in line with company processes and procedures.
n
Support the accurate and timely dispatch of parts orders to customers.
n
Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience in customer service and/or relationship management is preferred.
n
Sound computer literacy, with high attention to detail.
n
Motor industry, dealership, retail or warehouse experience would be advantageous.
