Task & responsibilities
n
n
Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with menu or product selections.
n
Take and serve food and beverage orders, including coffee and other hot and cold drinks.
n
Prepare basic beverages, operate coffee equipment, and maintain service areas and equipment.
n
Clear and clean tables, counters, dishes, glasses, and customer service areas.
n
Process payments using EFTPOS, cash registers, and point-of-sale systems.
n
Replenish and display food, beverages, and retail products,



including promotional items and specials.
n
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, workplace health and safety, and relevant hospitality regulations.
n
Assist team members during busy service periods to ensure effective customer service.
n

Qualification & experience
n
n
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Hospitality Worker
n
Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
n
