Coaching and developing Venue Managers
Driving operational excellence across every venue
Improving customer experience
Holding teams accountable to safety and performance
Reviewing labour, revenue and profitability
Working alongside our Executive Leadership Team
Supporting new venue openings
Building systems that allow us to scale without losing what makes PowerPlay special
We're looking for someone who has...
Multi-site operational leadership experience.
Led leaders—not just teams.
Strong commercial and financial capability.
Built high-performing cultures.
Managed P&Ls; across multiple locations.
Worked in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, retail or another customer-focused business.
A calm head under pressure.
Experience in entertainment, karting, amusement or hospitality is fantastic—but if you've led exceptional multi-site operations elsewhere, we'd love to meet you.
