EML is seeking a Leader Enablement Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination and operational support across people, performance and conduct matters. The role helps leaders manage processes, prepare documentation and track milestones through to completion.

The 6-month secondment is based in Sydney, Parramatta, Gosford or Newcastle with adaptable work-from-home up to three days per week.
