Workfast is currently seeking experienced Driller Offsiders for FIFO roles departing straight out of Brisbane to work across mining projects in regional Queensland. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with strong earning potential and consistent rosters.

Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading companies. We operate nationwide across multiple industries and are currently seeking dedicated Driller Offsiders to join our Mining & Drilling Team.
You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Drillers with daily drilling operations on site
Handling drill rods, tooling, and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work setting
Follow all site safety procedures and instructions




Manual handling and physically demanding labouring tasks
Supporting general site operations as required
What You Bring to the Team:
Standard 11 (Statement of Attainment) - Mandatory
HR Driver's Licence - Mandatory
RII Tele-handler Ticket - Mandatory
Coal Board Medical
White Card
Previous experience as a Driller Offsider or in a similar mining/labouring role highly regarded
Full Australian working rights
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding work
Commitment to safety and teamwork
