Play a key role in shaping our performance across our InfraBuild business.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and based at our Bibra Lake branch, you will ensure orders are picked, loaded, and ready for dispatch.
You'll be instrumental in keeping things running safely and efficiently.
This is a permanent full-time night shift role (10pm-6am) with overtime available.
The base rate is $34 per hour plus Team Leader allowance plus 30% shift loading.
What you will be doing:
Play a senior role in the team, leading up to 8 team members when required
Pick and pack customer orders
Load and unload trucks
Operate machinery (overhead crane, forklift)
Ensure all tasks are carried out safely

What you will bring:
Hold a current high risk forklift licence (essential)
Prior experience in a similar role.
Have a high regard for safety
Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
Have overhead crane experience (desirable)
Team Leadership experience will be highly regarded, but not essential if you bring plenty of relevant storeperson experience.
