We're seeking a motivated Program Facilitator to deliver structured, engaging group programs that support individuals in building life skills, confidence, and resilience for successful community reintegration.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate high-quality group-based programs focused on life skills and wellbeing
Deliver engaging, activity-based sessions that develop problem-solving and thinking skills
Manage program scheduling and participant waitlists
Track and report on participant progress as part of case management
What You Bring / About You
Qualification in community services, welfare or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience delivering group programs or training sessions
Solid communication skills with a professional approach
Ability to engage people with complex or challenging behaviours
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
This Role Requires
Strong relationship-building with participants and staff
A commitment to safety, structure, and professionalism
Ability to obtain and maintain security & police clearance

Fulham Correctional Centre is the largest privately managed prison facility in rural Victoria, located in Fulham.
With a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration, the Centre manages a population of up to **** male prisoners, including an 84 bed Nalu Transition Community Program.
