Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high‐volume stock in a fast‐paced department.
You will lead 20+ team members, drive service standards and develop your team to deliver the Widest Range and Best Prices.
You will work closely with Operations Manager and Complex Manager, ensure KPI targets are met, and maintain a safe setting while coordinating with Merchandising and Health & Safety functions.
