As the Project Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, managing programme, budget, contracts, stakeholders and project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll take projects from planning through to handover while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and commercial performance.
You'll play a key role in
Leading the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring every stage is well planned, managed and successfully executed.
In this role you will:
Manage projects from award through to handover and close-out
Develop and maintain project programmes and milestones using MS Project
Monitor project performance against scope, budget, programme, quality and safety targets
Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting
Review contracts and drawings to identify risks, opportunities and delivery requirements
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant, materials and project resources
Manage contractual obligations and subcontractor agreements alongside the Contract Administrator
Identify and mitigate project risks whilst maintaining compliance with contractual, regulatory and company requirements
Lead project reporting, including progress updates, financial performance, risks and key milestones
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Contribute to tender and bid activities through programme development, methodology planning, resourcing and risk assessment
Ensure projects are delivered in line with Fleetwood's quality, safety and environmental standards
What you'll bring
You're an experienced construction Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and delivering successful project outcomes.
You combine strong commercial acumen with practical construction knowledge and know how to build effective relationships with stakeholders at every level.
We're looking for someone who has:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
Experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments
Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting
Strong understanding of contracts and contract administration
Proven experience developing and managing project programmes using MS Project
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles and project delivery frameworks
Experience contributing to tender and bid submissions, including delivery planning and risk assessment
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
A relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (trade-qualified candidates will also be considered)
Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card
Experience within modular construction will be highly regarded.
