The Opportunity

As a key support to our F&B; leadership team, you'll assist in overseeing daily operations, upholding strong food safety and compliance standards, managing costs, and guiding our frontline staff.
n
Your focus will be creating a smooth, productive and welcoming service environment where both guests and team members feel supported.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assisting with coordinating effective resource planning to ensure labour levels align with attendance forecasts.
n
Managing your Food & Beverage team where responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, compliance training and conducting performance reviews.
n
Working within set budgets to support financial performance.
n




Training and mentoring your team on service standards to ensure guests are provided with superior service experience.
n
Maintaining food safety standards, including accurate dietary management.
n
Managing stock levels and investigating variance.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Availability to work shifts on any day of the week including weekends, public holidays and nights as required.
n
Ability to work across any VRTP property as required.
n
Effective communication, delegation and leadership skills.
n
Strong problem-solving skills.
n
Comprehensive knowledge of payment handling and POS.
n
Food safety and SAP knowledge.
n
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, guest focused environment.
