Uniting AgeWell Mildura Home Care is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to deliver in-home assessments, reviews and care planning for clients in the Mildura region.
You will provide clinical advice, supervise Care Advisors, liaise with local health professionals and promote person-centred care.
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Div 1 registration is required; 3–5 years community nursing experience preferred; own registered vehicle.
