Centenary Tavern in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant team.
This role focuses on premium service, weekend entertainment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a rapid-paced venue.
You must be available days, nights, weekends and public holidays, hold RSA and RSG, with RMLV and First Aid preferred.
You'll manage the floor, coach staff, and coordinate with gaming operations while ensuring safety and hospitality at every touchpoint.
