Nunkuwarrin Yunti of Sa Inc is seeking a Part Time (0.7 FTE) role to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants with disability through the NDIA planning and access process.
You will link participants with PITC/NDIA, help complete forms, and coordinate support involving families, communities and service partners.
The role emphasises culturally respectful service delivery, governance, confidentiality and continuous improvement, with a focus on community empowerment and adaptable
