About the Opportunity

We're now looking for a driven
Business Development Representative
to join our Victorian team, working out in the field to grow and manage a territory of Campbells customers.
Reporting to the State Field Sales Manager, this is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning them into profitable, long‐term business.
You'll manage an existing base of accounts while actively hunting new business across the Convenience, FMCG and Foodservice categories .
In this Role
Grow sales, profitability and customer engagement across your territory
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers




Deliver promotional programs and category growth initiatives
Analyse sales data and customer insights to maximise opportunities
Maintain effective call cycles, planning and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
What are we looking for?
Proven sales and customer relationship management experience within the Foodservice industry is highly regarded
Strong communication and organisational skills
FMCG, foodservice or wholesale industry experience
Ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify profitable sales opportunities.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools to analyse customer and sales performance
