Reporting to the Foreman, you'll be responsiblefor leading a small team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained.
You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About you
Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or desire to step up into the role
Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
ability to read and interpret construction plans
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
Current Driver Licence
Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
