The Positions
We work alongside the staff of a prestigious institute in Nathan to facilitate smooth daily operations and to keep the campus presentable and functional, with most start-times being as early as 6:00AM while other positions may start later and end as late as 4:00PM.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Cleaning of external areas as well as roads and walkways using high pressure washers, road sweepers, leaf blowers and an array of cleaning equipment.
Cleaning of all public internal areas; bathrooms, kitchens and common rooms.
Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
Ensuring maintenance of equipment is monitored and logged
Upkeep of cleaning records and compliance standards
Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
What You Need
National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue (or willing to get one)
Blue Card within 5 years of issue (or willing to get one)
Your own reliable transport (as shifts can start as early as 6:00AM, public transport is limited)
Experience with outdoor cleaning equipment highly sought
Previous indoor cleaning experience desired, willingness to learn essential
