Assembly Worker
Join a family-owned manufacturer producing high-quality aluminium and steel transport equipment.
This hands-on role involves building tray bodies and components in a safe, team-focused environment with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Please Note: Only applicants with full Australian working rights will be considered for this role.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble aluminium and galvanised steel trays and accessories, including custom builds, following job cards, processes, and time targets.




Complete quality checks and paperwork to ensure all trays meet specifications and quality standards.
Build tray components ahead of schedule to keep production running smoothly.
Cut and prepare aluminium materials accurately to prevent production delays.
Keep the workshop clean, organised, and ready for client visits.
Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents.
Work well with the team, follow instructions, act professionally, and support continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in aluminium fabrication, tray building, or similar assembly work (preferred).
Experience in the motor vehicle or automotive accessory industry (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret job cards, job sheets, and measurements.
Competent use and care of hand tools and power tools.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
