Kingside is a lean team of dedicated and experienced people supporting some of the fastest-growing platforms in the cryptocurrency, sports, and iGaming industries.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for 2–3 Marketing Associates to join our team and support our work across creators, partnerships, campaigns, social media and growth.
The Role
As a Marketing Associate, you'll work across multiple areas of the marketing team, with responsibility for identifying opportunities, executing campaigns and improving the performance of our existing marketing activity.
You'll work closely with creators, streamers, partners and internal teams to help grow the brands Kingside supports and to help them acquire new users.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1–4 years in marketing, growth, crypto, gambling, media, creators or consumer technology.
Taste: Strong understanding of internet culture, creators and social media.
Able to identify content, people and ideas that fit the Shuffle brand.
Execution: Able to take projects from idea through to launch, including outreach, negotiation, coordination and reporting.
Mindset: High agency, practical and comfortable taking ownership without significant oversight.
Commercial: Comfortable managing budgets and evaluating marketing activity based on performance.
Collaboration:



Solid communicator who works well with creators, agents, partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Creator & Partner Management: Identify, sign and manage creators, streamers, athletes and other marketing partners.
Partnership Execution: Manage deliverables, content schedules and campaigns across existing partnerships.
Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, activations and sponsorships.
Distribution: Coordinate content and distribution across TikTok, Instagram, X, streaming platforms and other relevant channels.
Performance Tracking: Monitor impressions, CPM, CCV, acquisition, FTDs and other relevant metrics across marketing activity.
Growth: Identify and test new creators, platforms, channels and acquisition opportunities.
Reporting & Automation: Improve systems for tracking spend, deliverables and performance across the marketing team.
Highly Beneficial If You Have
Experience working with creators, influencers or streamers.
Knowledge of crypto, online gambling or sports betting.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience with paid social or performance marketing.
Solid knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch, Kick or Telegram.
