Life Without Barriers in Blair Athol is seeking a House Manager – Interim Care to lead a home for children and young people in residential care.
You will work with a Case Manager and Therapeutic Specialist to create a secure, structured environment, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and support young people to develop life skills and stay engaged in education.
The role involves managing shifts (admin day Mondays 9:30am–3:30pm; other days 7:30am–3:30pm), on-call duties (fortnightly), and
