As the Maison prepares to open its very first official flagship boutique in Sydney,
we are seeking an inspirational, highly commercial Boutique Director
to establish the brand's retail presence in Australia and shape its future expansion across the country.
Reporting directly to the Retail Director, this is a landmark executive leadership role.
You will combine hands-on flagship boutique leadership in Sydney with a strategic remit to evaluate and support future retail locations nationwide (including Melbourne).
The Opportunity & Lead Time
To ensure a flawless launch and total immersion in global SOPs, the successful candidate will join on
1 November
for an intensive, international-standard leadership orientation program ahead of the flagship boutique opening later in the year.
Pre-Launch Period:
Standard Monday - Friday executive hours.
Post-Launch Roster:
Executive schedule aligned with boutique operations and market development activities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a visionary executive leader from luxury retail, premium hospitality, luxury lifestyle, fine art/auction houses, or high-end concierge services who possesses:
Established HNW / VIP Network:
An existing connection to the Australian High-Net-Worth ecosystem and luxury lifestyle networks to accelerate client acquisition.
Entrepreneurial Leadership:
Proven capability to recruit, build, coach, and inspire a high-performing founding team from the ground up.
Strategic & Commercial Acumen:




Accountability for flagship financial performance, business development, and market intelligence.
Strategic Mobility:
Willingness and capability to conduct market visits and location assessments across Australia as the brand expands its footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Boutique & Flagship Leadership:
Lead all boutique operations, embedding operational discipline, high-trust culture, and service standards from day one.
Market Development & Expansion:
Partner with the Retail Director to assess demographic opportunities, competitor landscapes, and expansion locations nationwide.
HNW Relationship & Activation Strategy:
Cultivate relationships with top-tier collectors and curate bespoke boutique activations with high conversion potential.
People Leadership & Coaching:
Drive team performance through coaching on clienteling, pipeline management, and long-term client development.
Governance & Operational Excellence:
Maintain full compliance with global audit requirements, inventory controls, and financial reporting standards.
