You will:
Deliver engaging Essential English lessons across the relevant secondary year levels.
Develop students' literacy, communication and critical thinking skills.
Build positive and supportive relationships with students.
Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
You will bring:
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English and teaching.
Experience teaching, or confidence working with, Essential English students.
A commitment to student-centred and inclusive learning.
Robust communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
The ability to build positive relationships and engage students in their learning.
A willingness to contribute to a values-driven school community.
Requirements
Relevant teaching qualification.
Current, or ability to obtain,
QCT registration
