Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking two experienced Parts Centre Help Desk Consultants for a 12-month maximum-term role.
Based in Altona North, these roles are primarily onsite with some flexibility, delivering excellent customer service to the Dealer Network and Export Customers as part of the Aftersales division.
Responsibilities include following established Help Desk processes, supporting dealer and export performance, and maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders.
