Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in delivering safe, high-quality construction projects?
This is an excellent 6-month opportunity to lead and coordinate complex projects from planning through to completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
About the role
Oversee construction projects from planning and mobilisation through to delivery and completion
Coordinate contractors, consultants, internal teams and key stakeholders to support effective project outcomes
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and reporting requirements
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant quality, compliance and regulatory standards
Monitor progress, resolve construction-related issues and drive practical solutions to keep projects on track
Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
Promote a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture across all project activities
Based in Cannon Hill, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of construction delivery, work with a broad range of stakeholders and contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes.
You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing risk and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
About you
Relevant degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or a related discipline
Current Queensland Construction White Card and valid Queensland driver's licence




Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, including planning, execution and delivery
Strong understanding of Queensland building codes, standards, regulations and WHS requirements.
Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets, schedules, resources and competing project priorities
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore or Aconex will be highly regarded
Experience leading teams, mentoring staff and managing client relationships in a construction workplace
Knowledge of sustainable construction practices, environmental compliance, BIM or digital construction technologies will be advantageous
