Based at the Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre, you will deliver recovery-oriented psychosocial supports within a multidisciplinary team to help consumers achieve independence and meaningful community living.
You will collaborate with mental health services, families and carers, provide non-clinical supports, assist with transitions back into community life
