Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join the Operational team at our Windsor care home.
This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and drives rostering for day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure operational stability for residents and staff.
You will lead staff rosters, oversee timekeeping systems, and partner with the leadership team to maintain adequate staffing and back-ups.
NDIC clearance or willingness to obtain is required.
