The Role
This is a high-volume, phone-based role, but we don't do "pressure tactics" or "robotic scripts."
Needs-Based Selling
: You'll ask smart discovery questions to find out what a customer actually needs before recommending a solution.
The Cross-Sell Advantage
: When you spot a chance to help a customer save on energy, life insurance, or home loans, you make a warm referral to our internal specialists - boosting the customer's savings and your commission.
Quality First
: You'll break down complex info into plain English and maintain high-quality CRM notes to ensure repeat business.
About You
You are an experienced salesperson who thrives in a target-driven environment but cares about the "how".
A proven sales track record - ability to hit targets consistently over time
You are a master of listening, questioning, and objection handling.
You are resilient, coachable, and show up every day ready to perform.
