Unisys is seeking an onsite IT hardware technician to deliver on-site support across the Sydney CBD, diagnosing and repairing laptops and desktops, and replacing components as needed.
You will perform BIOS and firmware updates, run tests, and validate hardware to ensure optimal performance.
This role involves managing service calls, maintaining parts inventory, coordinating travel, and ensuring documentation meets SLA targets while delivering qualified customer service.
