We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Terminal Operators interested in future opportunities within our Bulk Division across our Enfield and Clyde operations in NSW.
What You'll Do
Play a key role in the safe and efficient movement, marshalling and preparation of trains within our terminal operations.
Reporting to the Supervisor, you will:
Perform shunting and train examination duties associated with the arrival, departure and preparation of trains
Conduct inspections of trains and equipment during train operations
Safely coordinate train movements within the terminal environment
Operate Pacific National motor vehicles as required
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, security and operational compliance




Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure freight is moved safely and efficiently
What You'll Bring
Previous experience working as a Terminal Operator
Solid commitment to safety and safe work practices
Current Class C Driver's Licence
Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
Strong communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude with the ability to work in a fast‐paced operational environment
Customer‐focused mindset and commitment to service delivery
Good mechanical aptitude
High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) will be highly regarded
