About the role:
The Support at Home Funding & Finance Analyst will play a critical role in helping Uniting AgeWell navigate the evolving aged care landscape while strengthening financial performance across Home Care services.
You will closely work with operational leaders to provide financial insights, funding expertise and practical support that informs better decision-making.
This is a highly visible role that combines funding operations, financial analysis and stakeholder engagement.
You will help establish a new business partnering function while improving reporting, processes and system utilisation across the organisation.
Most importantly, your work will contribute to sustainable, high-quality services that enable older Australians to live well with choice and independence.
In this role, you will:
Support Home Care leaders to provide meaningful financial and operational performance insights
Support annual budgeting, forecasting and ongoing performance monitoring across the division
Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making




Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations for improvement
Contribute to pricing reviews, funding analysis and commercial planning activities
Build strong relationships across Finance and Home Care teams, improving financial understanding and accountability
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents and clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

Experience in financial analysis, reporting, management accounting or business partnering roles
Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights
Proven involvement in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
Strong financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills
Experience supporting business cases, pricing reviews or commercial decision-making
Confidence engaging with stakeholders and influencing performance conversations
Robust attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or business, with CPA or CA progression viewed favourably
Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
