The role is hybrid, with core hours Mon–Fri and occasional after-hours work for upgrades and incident resolution.
The incumbent will lead IT operations across APAC, oversee incident management, service delivery, and vendor coordination, and ensure alignment with NEP Group standards, security, and roadmaps.
Global collaboration is required.
