What you will do:
Work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective relationships that facilitate the successful communication and implementation of Georgiou's HSE systems




Ensure project teams are adequately trained to perform their HSE responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching to ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements
Support the business in the preparation of toolbox and HSE pre-start content
Implements and communicates improvements and strategies in response to changes impacting HSE activities
Maintaining and assisting in the ongoing development of Georgiou's HSE systems
Influence a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business
What you are good at:
6+ years' experience in the health and safety space delivery major civil infrastructure projects
Rail experience, TMR and QR experience is favourable
Demonstrated leadership experience within your team and project
Aside from having experience in a previous safety role with working knowledge ideally within the civil construction industry and chain of responsibility requirements.
You should have demonstrated examples to showcase :
Thorough Knowledge of AS/NZS ****, ISO *****, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Act & Regulations
Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act
