Home to a welcoming community of like-minded people, the village features around 250 homes, beautifully landscaped gardens, generous open spaces and an impressive range of five-star facilities.
We have a wonderful opportunity for a hospitality-driven Village Manager to support the homeowners and oversee the day to day running and operations of this vibrant community.
This role would ideally suit an active and positive person who naturally displays a high level of communication, effective listening skills and has a demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities.
You will enjoy being the face of the community, building trusted relationships and maintaining high service standards, ensuring the village operates smoothly while achieving strong commercial outcomes.
Ideally, you will have:
A concierge-style service mindset – able to anticipate needs and deliver a high standard of service




Solid operational experience – able to manage facilities and day to day village performance
The ability to lead, inspire and develop a team
Financial acumen – managing budgets and driving performance outcomes
Confidence to represent the village at meetings and community events
An understanding of (or willingness to learn) the legislative framework for land lease communities
