S&P; Global Energy is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Success to lead the APAC Customer Success team and drive adoption of upstream oil and gas solutions.
You will coach six CSMs, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and partner with commercial teams to maximize revenue and reduce churn.
You will leverage Salesforce and Gainsight to monitor health metrics, conduct business reviews, and deliver measurable value while coordinating with internal product and delivery teams
