Our Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a warm, customer-focused Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our nib Melbourne partner centre on a permanent part-time basis.
This role is largely reception-focused, ideal for someone who loves front-desk work and creating a great first impression for patients, with the potential to support chair-side duties from time to time.
Our modern 10-chair practice delivers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be part of a close-knit, welcoming team dedicated to providing a perfect patient experience every time.
Availability across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and weekends is essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
General reception duties, including processing payments and managing appointments, with occasional chair-side support as needed.
Located in the heart of Melbourne, with public transport access nearby and all the benefits of inner-city working.

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Essential Skills
Experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist is essential
Chair-side and sterilisation Dental Assistant experience is highly regarded
Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing patient appointments
Robust understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
Delivery of safe, empathetic patient care at all times, and a collaborative team player
Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
