Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
Experience working in an aquatic, sport, recreation, leisure or community facility environment.
Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engageeffectively with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems promptly, professionally andconstructively.
Proven ability to work independently,



show initiative and undertake duties with minimalsupervision.
Ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role, including the movement, set-up andpack-down of sporting and recreation equipment (e.g. volleyball and badminton nets, soccergoals and event infrastructure).
