This is a full-time continuing position with salary in the range of $97,268 - $104,348 (HEW 6), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.

About This Prospect
Due to internal career progression within the team, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Evaluation Officer to join UQ's Student Surveys and Evaluations Team (SSET).
The SSET oversees the administration and analysis of student surveys, including Student Evaluation of Course and Teacher (SECaT) and Student Evaluation of Tutor (SETutor).
The Senior Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for preparing, processing and reporting on standard quality assurance instruments including SECaT, SETutor) and the subsequent reporting to the University community.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding Student Evaluations of Course and Teaching policy process, procedure and system issues affecting the survey portal's user experience.
Contribute to the enhancement of web pages, communications, and system documentation, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Provide feedback for service improvement and innovative initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
Participate language scan and assisting with the analysis of evaluation result data.
Effectively prioritise tasks and manage time to meet tight and competing deadlines.
Collaborate with other ITaLI teams and assist in responding to inquiries as necessary.
About You
Demonstrated ability to interpret and provide advice on policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Enthusiasm and a commitment to customer service combined with excellent time management, problem‐solving, interpersonal and communication skills and good attention to detail.
Clear evidence of an enthusiastic approach and taking responsibility for delivering results to set timescales and standards.
High level competence in data scripting to support others understand and articulate issues surrounding the integration of data from different sources or systems Familiarity with record management and data governance protocol and proven ability to handle confidential data and sensitive information.
Functional knowledge of computer software for statistical reporting and/or Business Objects (Reportal).
Demonstrated ability in business or data analysis paired with the technical capability to translate key findings into practical solutions or visual reports.
