The opportunity This is a unique opportunity for a passionate educator and skilled communicator to lead and further develop a highly regarded Oratory and Public Speaking program.
In this role, you will: Lead the strategic direction and delivery of the school's Oratory Program Coach and mentor students in public speaking, debating, presentations, and competitive speaking events Develop students' confidence, persuasive communication skills, and leadership capabilities Prepare students for internal and external public speaking competitions Coordinate major oratory events, competitions, showcases, and assemblies Work collaboratively with academic and co-curricular staff to promote excellence in communication across the school Identify and support students with exceptional talent in public speaking and debate Foster a culture of articulate expression, critical thinking,



and respectful discourse Contribute to the broader co-curricular life of the school About you You are an inspiring educator and communicator who: Holds recognised teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation (or eligibility) Has experience in public speaking, debating, English, Drama, communication studies, or a related discipline Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills Has experience coaching and mentoring students in public speaking and debating Is passionate about developing confident and articulate young people Possesses excellent organisational and leadership skills Can build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents Thrives in a collaborative and high-performing environment Why this school?
