Responsibilities · Commission deployed systems around the world, either onsite or remotely, and supports and trains others to perform this function safely and efficiently.
· Respond to issues escalated by field engineers, technicians, support partners, and customer support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro-mechanical equipment that includes computers, software and controls systems.
· Perform system analysis and development activities to address operational issues.
