In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Reports to Mechanical Superintendent / Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and contractors Supervise mechanical maintenance of pumps, dredgers, stackers, conveyor systems, and auxiliary systems Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Collaborate with engineering, operations,
and procurement teams Support asset reliability and plant performance improvements Contribute to long-term site transition and decommissioning planning What We're Looking For Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter.
